REFUND POLICY

All products are shipped from the Philippines and are carefully inspected to ensure they are in proper working condition before dispatch. Each item is tested for quality, securely packed, and sealed prior to shipment.

Once an order has been handed over to our partner shipping company, responsibility for delays, damage during transit, or lost parcels will be outside of our direct control. However, we remain committed to assisting customers with shipping concerns whenever possible.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered for verified issues related to product defects reported immediately upon delivery, subject to review.
