1. Paid Coaching Sessions

All paid coaching session requests are subject to availability and approval.

- To book a coaching session, you must submit your request at least one (1) week prior to your preferred appointment date.
- A confirmation email containing your approved appointment details will be sent once your booking has been confirmed.
- You may reschedule your appointment once only, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your confirmed session.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled coaching session.
- Failure to attend your appointment, arriving excessively late, or requesting a reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session.
- All payments are non-refundable once your coaching session has been confirmed.

2. Complimentary Coaching Sessions (Annual Subscription)

Annual subscribers are entitled to two (2) complimentary 1-hour coaching sessions.

- To request a complimentary coaching session, you must email us at least one (1) week prior to your preferred appointment date.
- All complimentary coaching session requests are subject to availability and approval. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment has been approved.
- Each complimentary coaching session may be rescheduled once only, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your confirmed appointment.
- If you fail to provide the required notice or do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), that complimentary coaching session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or replaced.
- Each complimentary coaching session is treated separately. Missing one session does not affect your eligibility to use your remaining complimentary session, provided it is booked in accordance with this policy.
